This week, we made our team schedule and laid out a rough outline of what content we want to be done in the next few weeks, along with major due dates. We’ll have to start working on collecting media for the preliminary content presentation in the next few weeks, but the first tasks we’ve given ourselves should be pretty easy to get out of the way.
We plan to have a lot of infographic information done early on in the next couple of weeks as our first collected media. This will mostly consist of research and compiling the information into various charts and graphs that will eventually go on our website and could end up being an interactive component of the project. Our other plan is to have at least some of the photography components done. We have some concepts still in the planning stage, but since one of our group members is part of one of the couples we will be profiling for the project, she will be able to easily access and provide some of the photography components relatively quickly.
We might use a JVC camera for some of the video interviews we conduct, and a DSLR camera might be used for photography, but for the most part I believe we will be using cell phone cameras to record or photograph, which will require extra stabilization equipment.
