Week 3 Blog

This week was much more productive than last week. Everyone in our group was in attendance and we got through everything that we needed to talk about in order to be prepared for the next class period. We are going to need to be consistent like this all semester in order to maintain success, through participation, teamwork, and communication. Some good characteristics that we showed as a group would be how we were all equally interactive and supportive of each other’s ideas. Positive, yet honest, feedback is essential in group success. If a team lacks any of these things it could lead to immediate issues that don’t translate to a successful semester. Sometimes in group projects, there will be one or two people who are either quite or do not care, this makes it difficult to get things done on a schedule and in routine fashion. I feel as if we all contributed a lot this week and planned on what we need to get done before next week. We executed ideas for our presentation, which I believe that we are all on the same page when it comes to which one we will choose in the end. Pending feedback from Katie and our class.
