Week 3 Blog – Eltiste

For the majority of this week’s class period, we got together in our groups to continue to work. We had all four members this week which was a win within itself. Having all of us together was great, and we got quite a bit done. As a team, we continued to work on our team contract together. We added all of our rules and expectations for one another this semester. After completing the contract, we continued to choose and narrow down our choices that we plan to pitch in next week’s class. We decided on interracial relationships, music/music education majors and the stigma of certain majors in college as our final three choices. We also delegated certain tasks as a part of the final project to each team member. In order for our team to be successful this semester, we will need to keep ourselves on track with the schedule we set for ourselves. Along with that, we will need to be good communicators and discuss within our team if we run into any problems with the project. A good team will need to communicate well, discuss any issues, keep others updated on progress and so on. An unsuccessful team is essentially the opposite of everything I just stated a good team should have. Additionally, a bad team simply does not work well together, which is what we plan to avoid completely. Super excited to get started on the project soon!
